We Have a New Team Rector
By the time you read this, the Service of Institution and Installation of Revd Sibylle Batten, as our new Team Rector will have taken place.
The guest list includes: The Rt Revd Sophie Jelley - Bishop of Doncaster, The Ven. Malcom Chamberlain – Archdeacon of Sheffield & Rotherham, Very Revd Abi Thompson – the Dean of Sheffield, Revd Chris Stebbing - Associate Archdeacon, Cllr Sioned-Mair Richards – Lord Mayor of Sheffield, Revd Karen Colley – Lord Mayor’s Chaplain, Dr Sue Gentle – Capital Burgess of the Sheffield Church Burgesses Trust, Cllr Anne Murphy – Manor & Castle Ward and many of Sibylle’s friends and guests.
There will also be representatives from other churches, local schools, community projects, our User Groups alongside our own congregations, so we will be celebrating with ‘Prayer and Party!’
