Room Hire
We have two venues available for hire: St Aidan's on City Road and St Swithun's on Cary Rd.

Please note that we are not currently hiring out St Aidan's or St Swithun's for one-off party bookings and all hirers are required to obtain their own Public Liability Insurance.
St Aidan's
The Hall - £20ph
will accommodate approximately 80 people standing or 50 seated at tables (roughly 6 per table).
Main Church - £25ph
The main church area and hall can be opened up into one large space.
- Church and hall together- £40ph
The Cafe
Currently closed for renovations. Taking bookings from 2027.
- Cafe and hall together £35ph
Whole Church- £70ph
There is an accessible toilet.
Discounted rates available on enquiry for community groups and bookings over 4 hours.
The PCC reserves the right to decline bookings.
St Swithun's
The Hall - £14ph
will accommodate approximately 70 people standing or 50 seated at tables (6 per table).
Main Church - £14ph
The main church area and hall can be opened up into one large space.
- Church and hall together- £25ph
- Additional use of kitchen - £4 per booking
Whole Church- £20ph
There is an accessible toilet.
